Stunning, fine and impressive antique 6.84 carat onyx, 15.40 carat diamond and platinum bracelet; part of our diverse collection of antique jewellery.nnThis stunning, fine and impressive antique bracelet has been crafted in platinum.nnThe articulated bracelet is composed of nineteen diamond and onyx set links, accented with engraved decoration to the sides.nnThe overall design displays a central band of thirty-eight channel set square faceted cut onyxes.nnThe onyx pale to each link is flanked to the upper and lower portions with two pavé set Old European round cut diamonds.nnThis antique bracelet secures with a discreet integrated push fit clasp, benefitting from the added security of a hinged safety catch.nnThe tongue of the clasp is hallmarked with the multitude and arrangement of French hallmarks consistent with the French weight system, including the maker’s mark, platinum mark (dog’s head) and 18ct white gold mark (eagle’s head); often period pieces are not hallmarked, the French hallmarks to the tongue are a fine feature.nnThis stunning black onyx and diamond bracelet has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum with an 18 carat gold clasp.nnThis impressive antique diamond and onyx bracelet in platinum is supplied with an Idgl diamond and gemstone grading report card.nnSuch examples with a larger content of diamonds in this high grade and quality are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.nnImages do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds.
