Description
Quality set of four high back walnut Dutch marquetry chairs, with a shaped cresting rail with a large butterfly inlay on the back, the shaped and inlaid splat smothered in marquetry, the shaped uprights with marquetry on the facing, with drop in serpentine seat, a shaped frieze and side rail all smothered in marquetry. The back legs are turned and slightly out swept, the elegant cabriole legs at the front with marquetry on the facings finishing on a ball and claw foot.
