A magnificent and very rarely seen rosewood vintage dining table and chairs by Andrew Milne for Heal’s. This was made in England and dates from the early 1950s.nnThis is the pinnacle of British mid twentieth century furniture design. This model rarely comes up on the market, let alone with this number of chairs and in this condition.nnThe condition is superb for its age, we have just had the dining table stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. It has amazing grain patterns and a beautiful colour tone. There is an extra leaf that comes with this to extend the dining area significantly. When closed this can comfortably seat the eight chairs, when opened it can seat up to twelve.nnThe chairs have also been recently polished and re-upholstered in beautiful cream Isle of Bute wool fabric.
