A pair of 19th Century Victorian antique rose-cut diamond floral earrings that are articulated. Set with many diamonds but due to the nature of rose-cut diamonds it is not possible to estimate their weight. Hook fittings for pierced ears.nLength 5.1cm. 6.9gm.nnOverall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.nnIndividual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Antiques in Oxford has clarified that the Early Victorian Diamond Earrings in Gold & Silver (LA378467) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being c.1850
